Light demolition does not include structural walls, roofing systems, foundations, major electrical or plumbing disconnection, asbestos, or work requiring a specialty license. Utilities must be safely disconnected before removal.
Anchored structures, concrete footings, hidden wiring, and tight access can change the job. Accurate photos and measurements prevent surprises and help us arrive with the right tools.
When a project falls outside our safe scope, we will say so. A clean no is better than turning a small demolition into a property problem.
