  • Check decks, covers, and steps
  • Make sure utilities are disconnected

During the job

  • Load shell, frame, cover, and steps
  • Keep debris contained while working

After removal

  • Haul away the spa material
  • Sweep the immediate work area
  • Remove agreed accessories
  • Leave the cleared space ready for what is next

A Better Quote Starts With the Exit Path

The hot tub is only half the job. A wide RV gate and open patio are very different from a narrow side yard, raised deck, tight corner, or tub surrounded by landscaping. Good photos help us reserve the right amount of time and bring the right tools.

Tell us if the spa is sunken, built into a deck, indoors, on a rooftop, or attached to other structures. Those situations may require a different plan or another contractor before hauling can begin.

Reset regularly serves Peoria and nearby Northwest Valley communities. We can also remove the spa cover, detached steps, old patio furniture, and other agreed backyard junk during the same visit.

Hot-Tub Removal Pricing in Peoria

Hot-tub jobs are quoted by size, construction, access, labor, trailer space, and disposal needs. A small portable spa with open access is different from a large multi-seat tub behind a narrow gate. Send photos of both the spa and the removal path, and we will give you a clear price before work starts.

Open access

Ground-level tubs with a clear path are usually the simplest removals.

Cut-up required

Most backyard spas are broken into sections so they can fit safely through the exit path.

Complex placement

Decks, tight gates, stairs, indoor placement, or attached structures require a closer look before scheduling.

Hot-Tub Removal Questions

Do I need to drain the hot tub first?

Yes. The spa needs to be fully drained before the appointment. Ask your utility or spa professional if you are unsure how to disconnect it safely.

Does the power need to be disconnected?

Yes. Electrical, water, and gas connections must be safely shut off and disconnected before demolition begins.

Can you remove a hot tub through a small side gate?

Often, because we can cut portable spas into smaller sections. Send photos and gate measurements so we can confirm the route.

Will you remove the cover and steps too?

Yes, when they are included in the agreed quote. Point out every accessory you want removed before work begins.

Can you remove an in-ground spa?

Our standard service is for portable above-ground hot tubs. In-ground or permanently built-in spas need a project-specific review and may require a specialized demolition contractor.
