Fence and deck removal is different from ordinary junk pickup because the material is attached, may contain hidden fasteners, and can involve concrete, utilities, shared property lines, or structural support. Reset reviews the complete setup before agreeing to the work.
The client is responsible for confirming ownership, property boundaries, HOA requirements, permits, and utility locations. Reset does not remove load-bearing structures, active electrical or plumbing components, hazardous materials, or anything that requires excavation or specialized structural work unless specifically evaluated and approved.
For appropriate light-demolition projects, one crew can handle the take-down, debris loading, haul-away, and basic sweep-up. That keeps you from finishing the demolition only to discover the pile will not fit in your trash container.

Pricing depends on material, dimensions, attachment method, footings, labor, trailer volume, weight, access, and disposal needs. Most projects require photos; larger or unclear structures need a walkthrough.

No. Masonry walls are structural and outside this light-demolition service.
Do you remove concrete footings?
Small exposed footings may be reviewed, but excavation and substantial concrete removal are not automatically included.
Who checks for utility lines?
The property owner must identify and clear utility, irrigation, electrical, gas, and plumbing concerns before work.
Can you haul an already dismantled fence or deck?
Yes. Send photos of the complete debris pile, including any concrete or heavy material, for a construction-debris quote.
Do I need HOA or permit approval?
The property owner is responsible for confirming all HOA, boundary, permit, and shared-structure requirements before removal.
