Real completed work | Sun City West, AZ | October 2026
This Sun City West pickup involved a mattress, box spring, bed frame and other bulky household items staged on a patio. The matching photos show the items before removal, the patio afterward and the trailer load.
On October 8, 2026, mattresses were removed from this Sun City West patio. The yellow wall, sliding door and low privacy wall identify the same area. Other patio furniture remains at the left.
The visible pickup included the mattress, box spring and metal bed frame. The approved bulky items were moved from the patio and loaded in the Reset trailer for haul-away.
The mattress, box spring and frame are gone from the patio in the after photo. Remaining surface marks and small debris are visible; this was a bulky-item pickup, not a patio restoration or documented whole-home cleanout.
Send photos of every item, the patio or room, and the path to the loading area. Mention stairs, narrow gates and heavy pieces. Reset confirms the included items, access, price and available appointment before loading.
For several rooms or a larger property, review whole-home cleanout planning or estate contents removal. Mark what stays, identify one authorized contact and send photos of every included area and access path. Reset removes approved contents; we do not appraise belongings or conduct estate sales. This pictured Sun City West job was a partial mattress and furniture pickup.

Call or text 480-931-9725 with photos of the items and access path. We confirm the scope, price and available appointment before work begins.
A used mattress and a reusable bed frame can have different acceptance rules. Check our West Valley donation guide and mattress disposal explanation. The photos establish removal, not a donation or recycling outcome.
