Enclosed Patio Spa Removal in Phoenix
A portable spa and its white steps occupied this enclosed Phoenix patio. The photographs document the spa before removal and the same room with the spa gone.
Before and after: the same enclosed patio
The ceiling light, security doorway and patterned floor identify the same space in both photos. The spa and steps have been removed. Existing floor wear and the exposed wall base remain; this project does not show floor or wall restoration.
What the photos document
The spa has a blue-gray shell, a white exterior cabinet and matching white steps. The matching photographs show the spa in the enclosed patio and the same space after removal.
Documented outcome
The spa and steps no longer occupy the photographed room. The existing patterned floor, wall base, ceiling light and doorway remain visible. No repairs, refinishing or restoration are claimed.

Donation and disposal planning
A dismantled spa contains several materials with different outlet rules. Read what can happen to hot tub components after removal. These before-and-after photographs document the space cleared, not a verified recycling outcome.
